Customers must send used cores to DTIS ONLINE within 45 days of the time of purchase in order to receive a full refund for the core charge. Once we have received the old core, a credit will be returned to you. All cores must be taken out of the engine. DTIS ONLINE reserves the right to inspect all cores for damage prior to credit being issued and reserves the right to reject all damaged cores.
